Chairman:
Brig Gen Md. Mahbubul Islam (Retd.) is a distinguished retired military officer and accomplished civil engineer with over three decades of exemplary service in the Bangladesh Army. A graduate of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in Civil Engineering and a proud alumnus of Rajshahi Cadet College, he brings a rare combination of academic excellence and hands-on engineering leadership to 4AM Greentech.
During his 30-year military career, he led transformative infrastructure projects across Bangladesh and internationally, including the construction of a 45 km mountain road in Chimbuk-Tanchi, reconstruction of 105 km of road under a UN Mission, and supervision of a landmark 192 km railway line from Bhanga to Jashore — built in partnership with China Railway Engineering Group. As Project Director of the Military Museum at Bijoy Sarani, he successfully delivered a BDT 655 crore landmark national project.
He has served as Chairman of Khulna Development Authority (KDA), Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Bangladesh Military Academy (MIST), and Garrison Engineer at both Dhaka and Chittagong Cantonments. His leadership, technical depth, and strategic vision continue to drive 4AM Greentech's mission of delivering sustainable, world-class engineering solutions.

A B M Mahmudul Haque is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with nearly two decades of progressive leadership experience across Bangladesh's most prominent telecommunications and advertising sectors. Holding a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering and an MBA in Marketing with a distinguished CGPA of 3.97, he brings a rare intellectual duality — analytical precision grounded in technology, elevated by strategic marketing acumen.
Throughout his career at Warid Telecom, Airtel Bangladesh, Robi Axiata, and Aktivision Advertising, Mahmudul has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead cross-functional teams, orchestrate high-impact campaigns, and drive measurable revenue growth across complex, multi-district territories. His expertise spans trade marketing, supply chain management, project leadership, inventory operations, and brand strategy.
Technically proficient in SAP, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets, he seamlessly bridges data intelligence with creative execution. He further augments this toolkit with applied AI skills — leveraging artificial intelligence tools for marketing automation, content strategy, data-driven decision-making, and workflow optimisation.

A.B.M. Abdullah is a highly accomplished administrative and financial management professional with over a decade of progressive leadership experience across distinguished international and national organization in Bangladesh. Holding an MBA in Finance from Independent University, Bangladesh, he combines academic rigor with deep operational expertise to drive institutional excellence at every level.
Throughout his career at ide-Bangladesh, Sajida Foundation, and Shakti Foundation, Abdullah has demonstrated exceptional command over organizational administration, strategic procurement, asset lifecycle management, fleet operations, and financial reporting. His ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks — including PPR, PPA, and NGO Bureau compliance — positions him as a trusted authority within the development sector.
A published researcher and certified professional, he has completed nine specialized training programs spanning leadership development, procurement management, financial auditing, and team effectiveness —
Abdullah's core strength lies in harmonizing operational efficiency with people-centered leadership.
